“We are Professionals that care for the Land.”

Who we are…

MonumentLSL (Monument Land Services LLC) is a Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having operating locations in both. We are licensed and registered to practice Professional Land Surveying in Colorado, Wyoming, and Pennsylvania with 30 years of experience in both the Colonial and Public Land Survey Systems.

We are a small firm with extensive knowledge and experience. We have served local communities in our areas of operation for 30 years in addition to having worked with some of the largest engineering and logistics companies in the world. We choose to stay a small firm and develop that knowledge to better serve all of our clients, the well being of our staff, and the communities in which we live.

We are a land services company, which means that we not only offer Professional Land Surveying services, but an ever expanding range of additional services, specializing the Remote Region Wildlife Friendly Fencing.

GIVING BACK To Our Communities

Long before we were Monument Land Services, we believed in helping others. It is what really matters in Life and is the only way to make a difference in our world. A small portion of kindness can change a person’s outlook on life and the outcome of everyone else’s lives around them.

It is our pledge to give back to the communities that we live in and serve. As we gain more success, the more we can afford to give back.

Help us make this happen through patronage of our services or direct donations. Projects include supporting youth programs, clothing drives, anonymous holiday support for families in need, helping the elderly with lawn care and snow removal, and developing and supporting fund raisers.
